Gibson Houseboats on NADA

So I'm looking at purchasing an older Gibson however 'Gibson' isn't listed in the NADA site. I'm wondering if this is related to the company changing hands and moving from TN to SD a few years back. In any case, is Gibson listed under something else on the NADA site?

unfortunately houseboats are not considered power boats or PWC, so NADA wont help. ABOS has values, however they require a subscription. not sure on bucvalu
