Gimble bearing install question (I have the tool)

I bought the complete removal and install tool for the gimble bearing. The old bearing came off with the u joint drive assembly. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put the tools together to either screw the new bearing in or beat it in. Pics of the tool put together would be great.

I donno what ya got, but the bearin' is driven into place, not screwed in,....

Hey there,

I just did a gimbal bearing..these guys were an awesome help..you should try to include as much info or pics showing the tool completely even a part number or other identifiers.

Also your engine and boat type are very helpful.

You are likely going to need an alignment tool (or borrow one ) to get that job done right.

Don't skimp on the gimbal bearing either if possible get a good quality oem replacement
