I just bought a 1980 Starcraft 191 (I think thats the model) and found there is a hole in the gear bellows and went to remove the outdrive. I found out from the old owner that the hole was there before we bought it so water has been soaking in the bellow. I cant get the drive out after removing the 6 nuts. Is there any other things to remove it? Engine is a 1980 Mercruiser 140 but I cant read the outdrive sticker.
