Glass tube fuses from Auto store. Good for marine use?

I blew the power main, a 50 amp glass tube fuse. Is one from the autostore ok as a replacement or is there a marine specific grade of glass tube fuse?

The AZ ones are fine. The fuse is not waterproof, the holder and it's contacts are what signifies a marine grade component.

Did you say 50A? That's a big glass fuse!
