Ooooh. Like Ondarvr said, its not good. Thompsons has a lot of wax, so things don't stick.
If you want to use pressure treated, go buy some new sheets. Let it dry for a week or so. The APA tests showed that resin applied to 90% moisture pressure treated wood stuck almost as well as dry wood. In fact, it was the wood that split apart, not the resin that pulled free from the wood. So don't worry to much about the moisture content. Just let the surface dry out. Tests show that resin doesn't penetrate more than 1/64 - 1/32 or so into the wood. So as long as the top layer is dry, you will get as good a bond as if the entire core is dry.
