Glenmar, Proweld boats

I have a Glenmar, Proweld, Nova Ultra Jon boat. It is a 1448 flat bottom and I can't find any info about it. I was wondering if any body has one and can tell me anything about them. I have a model # of NVJR1448/NVJWWV1448. Any information would be appreciated.

Hi, I have a boat that was made by Pro Weld and just couldn't find any info about it. I was looking for the year it was made. So I guess if they went under that answers my question/ Thanks everyone for the info.

There should be a number ( HIN ) on the transom - usually on the upper starboard side. The last two digits of that number indicate the year of manufacture. The company was in business from 1988 to 2001, so if you see numbers between 88 and 01, that will be the year is was made.

Edit. See link below for full explanation of HIN. There are two methods for displaying the year. Also, if the number is too worn to read, it should be repeated in an unexposed location on the boat. Have a look around the helm/dash area.

Thanks for the info, I found the tag and from that I now know that my boat was made Sept. of 1999. Again thank you for the information.
