Hi all,
my problem is that if my engine rests more than one day about then it starts very difficult.I turn the key,it cranks again and again but it doesn't start unless I turn the lever front a lot(speed up in neutral). After that everything ok.What are the most posible causes?

When the engine is cold have you removed the spark arrestor to verify the choke is closed. Some of the Rochester carbs are known for leaking float bowls. Also pushing the throttle control handle forward all the way and pulling it back to idle position before trying to start will activate the choke..

If you have a quadrajet carb, they have a habit of leaking internally- 2 plugs connected to the bowl. Kits with epoxy can be found anywhere; is a common problem.
