Going from a 1999 C60 2 stroke to new F70LA 4 stroke

I'm looking in to upgrading to a new F70 outboard, but I want to keep the rigging costs to a minimum. #Which controls can I keep with the new engine? I currently have the OEM Yamaha 704 Binnacle and one of the round digital tachometer gauges (not sure exactly which model) and new throttle/shift control wires. Would those work with the new motor? What else should I be looking for? I plan to remove my old C60 and wire up as much as possible prior to having the Yamaha technician do the rigging.
