I have a 115hp Suzuki 2007 motor that came from the factory this way for running in shallow water. I find my self running about 65% of the time in water that deep enough for a prop. My question is what is involved in the swap. My only concern is the controls. All of my other motors have been jets and the smaller motors with props have the controls by the tiller. The controls for the jet are down on the jet unit itself. Are the contols for a prop the same for the jet our are they up top like the smaller prop motors.
