Oh well, after all the to-ing and fro-ing with the dentists etc it looks like today is the day when I finally say goodbye to my upper set of broken gnashers. Booked in for 17.30 BST.<br /><br />If I'm mumbling a lot tomorrow you'll know the reason why.<br /><br />Got a nice supply of custard and soft foods in the cupboard <br /><br />Oh, and this isn't a post that will be updated with photos

The deed is done <br /><br />No videos or photos.....you don't want to see a grown man cry do ya?<br /><br />Everything went well until the last tooth, upper right eye tooth. That one decided it wasn't coming out no matter what. Took over thirty minutes of hacking to remove, by which time I was near enough unconcious, lignocaine ain't what it used to be <br />Anyway, all out and replacements fitted but they only fit where they hit and I now talk with an English upper-class accent for some strange reason <br /><br />Agree 100% with JB, a bottle of single malt doesn't need chewed......oh, did I say a bottle? I meant a dram, honest <br /><br />Scrambled eggs and repeat? Yes I think that's exactly what does happen when you eat a lot of scrambled eggs <br /><br />Looking on the bright side: at least I'm gonna lose some weight over the next few weeks

Cheers RP, thing is (and this will sound sacreligous!) I'm sick of steak <br />Because I knew this was going to happen I just kept eating all the steak I could get my hands (or teeth) on. And every time the op was put on hold I went and got more steak <br />It won't be long before I'm hankerin' for a nice juicy steak though. Bet my heart and arteries are glad to get a rest for a few weeks.<br /><br />And of course the timing couldn't be worse: I start my new job next Monday and spend the first six weeks or so away on an all expenses paid training course All that lovely restaurant food just going a-begging <br /><br />Hmmm, wonder if I could ask the hotel to swap my meal allowance to the bar instead

luck with the new gnashers Stan, you may need it. How about maccaroni and cheese and maccaronin with tomatoes and maccaroni with chicken broth ect ect. yum yummmmm

Here ya go Stanley!<br />Let's see....we got Smashed Taters, Turkey w/gravy(yummy),Green bean casserole(double yummy),Cranberry and top it off with Fruitcake!<br />I'll keep a lookout for some Fish'n'Chips soda for ya <br /><br />
