The Sam's Club in Charlotte NC on JW Clay Blvd has 1-gallon containers of Penzoil Premium Plus 2-cycle Marine Oil for $4.81. Cheapest online price I can find is at Amazon for 19.99. This oil sells for 30.00 a gallon at West Marine and Academy. I bought enough to make it awhile

I got a similar deal last year at about this time at Walmart but I think it was quicksilver oil. Seems up north they don't want it on the shelf till spring. It varies by store but it is worth looking for when you are in the store anyways.

my dad got a deal like this about 3 years ago from Sam - i think it was 8 bucks a gallon. I think he bought 8 gallon. I gotta check this out again

Need that deal on 4 cycle marine oil as in for my Waverunner. Plenty of 4 cycle oil around but not marine. Couldn't find it to save my life for my annual oil change last year and was forced to overpay at the dealer.

I checked Wallyworld this AM, and Supertech 2 cycle oil went up significantly in price, over 2 weeks ago....go figure.

That's the oil I bought from WW and liked the performance and low smoke....almost invisible being semi-synthetic. Price was half what the OEM oil cost sitting adjacent to it on the shelf.....but I never caught it on sale, especially a sale like you made.
