"Good and cheap" is an oxymoron, isn't it? If you're good, you aren't going to be cheap.
You can probably do a better job yourself, even if you've never laid glass before just by studying the f'glass rebuilds in this forum.
You'll take the time and more pains with your boat because it's yours. All someone else is going to do is slap it in as fast as they can to make the dollar, and they won't worry about the quality you would like to have.
Not only will you have a better job, you'll save at least half the money of having someone else doing it... it's a win/win situation.
