For those of you unfamiliar with the site, www.fiberglassics.com is an excellent resource for older fiberglass boat models.

What you may not know is that they also have a section for "Research" articles, including some excellent discussions of things like composite cores, refinishing strategies, and removing windshield scratches.

I really wish iBoats had a similar area.

Anyway, here's a set of links to a series of (so far) 4 articles on boat restoration topics from a talented individual there. Good reading for anyone interested, and so are the other articles there.

Good reading material there, thanks for posting.:)

I've referenced fiberglassics.com many times, they have a great collection of old brochures for 'glass and tin can rigs alike.

The site has undergone many changes in the last couple of years.
