Got engine together, sounds ok but could it be better? 1986 Johnson 110

Got it started (ring job). It is firing on all four cylinders and seems run ok but it doesn't have that throaty sound like it used to if that makes sense. It sounds whiny like a leafblower lol. I will do a link and sync tomorrow and need to get a compression tester. Link to vid below, opinions on how it sounds please!

Sounds OK to me if a little uneven. Link and sync should even it up -- think the throaty sound is probably on the boat at higher rpm(?)
