So my buddy and I were working on the boat today, and he put a small gouge in the hull with the grinder. The hole is only about 6 inches long and the width of the a grinder blade, so what is the best way to fix it? Is there an easy fix? The less work, the better, but I don't want to sink! haha. Thanks

Re: gouge in hull

When you get ready to glass the stringers just grind the cut and make a V out of it, then put some tape on the outside. Add a little extra glass in that spot and you're almost done, if you want it match on the outside then touch it up with some gel coat or paint.
