gps devices

am looking to purchase a handheld gps ---only for marking locations on lake i would like to revisit---maybe for some other applications too---i really dont need an expensive unit but was wondering if there were others out there that have info on this kind of device?

I use my phone. Google maps works well for exactly this. Its also free.

I have a Lowrance ifinder h20 that works fine.

Are there any boat shows coming up in your area? I came across some pretty good deals on hand held gps' earlier this year.
