Grady White Repower

i have a similar concern i have a 1985 grady white offshore 24 and im am looking to repower with two new mercury 115 four stroke. the boat is 3500 lbs. is this an ok move?

If it has twin 150's now I think it would be disappointing with twin 115's,.......
