If you have power steering(what mod and ser#) you should have a fitting on the actuator.
The cables are usually a no grease item.The are supposed to be sealed to keep thjem dry and clean.Any oil will just end up gunking them up.
The steering cable end might need some lube.I use white lithium spray.J
