Grease the engine coupler from inside the boat??

Engine is 2000 5.0 M/C Bravo 3 Ser# 0mo12817

Can this be done from inside the engine compartment?

Here is a copy and paste from a 2002 owners manual

Engine Coupler
1. Lubricate engine coupler splines through grease fittings on coupler by applying
approximately 8-10 pumps of grease from a typical hand-operated grease gun.
