finally quit raining and flooding in arkansas, i was able to launch my little 85 lund alum fishing boat. Never really used a boat trailer that much, since this is my first boat and all. This littel trailler that i restored, is the neatest thing for this size boat, it almost launches by it self and very easy to load.I probably backed it in a little further than needed, but this was the first try. I watched several people ahead of me with there bunk trailers and they went way in, like the complete trailer except the toungue.I never had to use the tilt part of the trailer, maybe if i wasn't at a ramp i would.

Nice rig, coinman! Looks like you spent some time getting it to look so good.

Congrats on your maiden voyage.

thanks wifisher, yes it did take a couple of months, but our weather was so bad for awhile, i guess it all worked out.I took the trailer frame pretty much to bare metal and painted and detailed all the other parts.I came up with a spare tire holder i really like for the practical use if needed and for the sercurity of locking the spare up.

Hey coinman,

Great to see you've finally got it launched! Sweet isn't it! I finally got mine switched this weekend also. Works so much better than the roller bunk trailer I was using. I'll see if I can get a couple pictures of our almost twin Lunds and trailers. So what do you think of your Lund on the water?

Bonz_d, to be honest, its the most people friendly boat I've ever used. It's eazy to fish out off, my wife loves it cause its so stable with the 20 inch sides and all. I built her a little floor in the front to stand on and that worked out great, I got to go to work now, but YES i would really enjoy seeing some pics of yours. I' give ya a holler this afternoon after work!!!
