Great White GWB50 Only has full speed ahead?

I have a Motorguide GreatWhite GWB50. It only goes full speed, no mater switch position or handle position. I checked the pot to the best of my ability, Ohms range up and down when turned. Anybody got a wiring schematic for one of these? or Know what might be wrong? it's great trolling motor, i hate to trash can it. Thanks

Yes, they are all good. It only gets full speed. I wonder if all the connections in the top are in the correct position?
