I bought my first boat about 2 months ago and have been getting closer and closer to getting it right.

Well today was the day! She started, she ran, I even knocked my brother-in-law off the tube!

Only bad thing is judging by the water temps our season is almost over, and I spent most the summer working on the boat and not driving it. Oh well, we should be in great shape for next summer!

Glad you got it all back together... save the repairs for the winter next time! We still have many more months of water crafting here... our water temps are probably higher than your air temps!

Cherish those easy trips!

An Kenmyfam - It doesn't matter if your brother wants to be thrown off the tube: if you threw him off, you did it right. :D

Well I don't know if he WANTED to go off, but he told me NOT to hold back so I didn't!

... said something similar to my brother once. I'm apparently getting too old to tell him that sort of thing

Then that's OK. I have seen some people that wanted a "nice" ride get thrown around and off by an over zealous driver. Those folk will never go on again. As a driver with a towable you have to give the riders what they want.
Just my thoughts and practices though.
