Thanks everyone.
I didn't get to spend it fishing, I had to work. But, I did eat fresh salmon for supper. Then had Caribou burger for supper tonight. (insert contented sigh here)
Planning on more fishing tomorrow night and all weekend though. Hopefully I will have another 50+ salmon to put up in the freezer.

If you run out of freezer space, mine is a little sparse right now ... being emptied for hunting season, but that is still a couple months away!
