Engine starts very well when I launch the boat. It only takes 3-5 seconds of cranking and then it starts right up. Then it will sit and idle for 5 minutes no problem. It's doesn't even cough. I motor out to the fishing spot, usually hitting 3/4 quarter throttle with no hesitation or problems. Once I get to my spot I will drift with the motor off for maybe 15-20 minutes. It always takes 2-3 times to start the motor then I drive off with not problem. Is there something I can do to fix this or is this just how these old Chrysler's run?
