hard starting mercury 70hp

I have a 77 mercury 70hp with a hard start<br />condition. Carbs have been cleaned. Motor starts right up with a shot of carb spray put can't keep<br />doing that. Serial#4981568

Carbs weren't cleaned enough. Do it again. . .right.<br /><br />Good luck.
