My evinrude 225 1991 is hard to start. I can hit the choke on it all day and it will start after a few minutes of cranking. But the moment I squirt a little drop of starting fluid in it, it cranks as if it was brand new. I push in the choke when it is running and it does bog down as it is getting extra fuel. I read somewhere that the engine needs to crank over at a minimum number of RPM's could that be the problem it currently turns over at about 300 to 400. Any help would be appreciated.
