Harmonic balancer for 4.3 v6 Mercruiser marine or automotive?marine

I'm rebuilding an engine. The original block is from a Chevy Blazer 1993, 4.3 v6. engine with a lot of parts from it. I replaced the camshaft with a new marine one, oil pan, oil pump, gaskets, new bearings, intake manifold. The old balancer is broken, outer ring is spinning and moving freely, so I wanted to get a new one, but looks like marine harmonic balancer differs from automotive. Is it important or automotive would do? Thx

its important to get the correct one for the year, configuration of the motor and the diameter

with your motor being a balance shaft motor, the damper is now the same for 4.3, 5.0 and 5.7's

it doesnt know if its in a truck, on a fork lift or in a boat.
