Harmonic Balancer pulley of Mercruiser 3.0 replacement

Can the pulley at my Mercruiser 2.5 replace 3.0? Current the mercruiser 3.0 was broken.

3.0 Serial No. is B785395
2.5 Serail No. is 0C397712

What kind of puller and installer is good for this project?

running the serial numbers you list there both bolt on pullys

You should compare the two.
I think the 2.5 uses just a pulley and the 3.0 uses a harmonic balancer.
