moparnut, I am not 100% sure but I have own a 20Hp autoelectric but it is many years ago and mine had a manuel pullstart cord for "spare".

The autoelectric has another crankshaft then the regular 20Hp with manuel start. It is longer, and this make it possible to mount the dynastarter up on the flywheel.

If the autoelectric has the bracket for pull start then I Think it is possible to mount, BUT I Think you have to leave the dynastart on the flywheel or remove it.
The extension crank will still be there.

90% of the time a slow crank is a bad connection somewhere, either the cable terminals, or the cable itself. clean all the terminals and connections from the battery to the starter and back (use 3M scotchbrite) including where the starter mounts to the block. the connections need to be clean and shiney enough to eat off of. if there is any green anywhere on the connector or cable, replace the cable.

9% of the time its the battery - simple load test to confirm.

1% of the time its the starter itself.

He's trying to jump with a set of battery cables hooked to a car.
Not enough juice getting through.
Gotta have the battery hooked to the motor.
See your old post.
