Heybaylor was a member who got fed up with people making remarks when they didn't know what they were talking about. After he stomp off a new cadet named heycods arrived on the scene. It is my contention that they are one and the same. Only Muttley knows for sure. Avoid confusion by reading more and writing less.

Why did the chicken cross the road? ans: To get to the other side. Why did the Rat cross the road? ans: Because it was tied to the chicken!
