I had a spun merc 60 prop fixed,
about $41 and about 30 minutes of your time . They popped out the spun piece with a press, carved out the rest of the broken off rubbed, sand blasted the core to remove any left residue, pressed the new splin with rubber back in and your done. Just make sure the orginal spun piece is the same size as the new one or you will have another trip back to the prop man.
