I have a hd7 gen 3 i feel i get alot of clutter at speed, is this normal, or is my transducer in a bad spot

I mounted where the old transducer was, and above the structure can

That looks like a decent spot, about where I have mine for my Elite 7, maybe try moving it down in the water a little. Are you sure it's clutter and not electrical noise from the engine coming up to speed?
