Head gasket help!! mercruiser 3.0

Hi

Can anyone give me any tips or help on removing the head gasket on mercruiser 3.0 as i think it has a small leak.

The engine is over heating and i have changed the riser , exhaust elbow, manifold , thermostat check the raw water pump and engine water pump. I have also just looked at the spark plugs and the ones is cylinder 1 & 2 are very clean which I suspect is water in the cylinder.

I need to changed the head gasket so any help would be great!!

Do a cylinder leak down test to verify the head gasket is leaking.
