Head torque setting for Johnson fd-18e 18hp

Got replacement head for my Johnson 18hp outboard and gasket. Only thing missing is need the torque settings to fit it. Can anyone help

Welcome to Iboats,

Head bolts should be torqued to 25 NM (Newton Meter) with a good quality torque wrench, a re torque must be performed soon after max 10 hour run has ended, will find that gasket have cede a bit due to heat and must be torqued back to specs.

That is incorrect it is 96-120 inch lbs or 10 ft lbs...see below
