A 'heads up' for those men who may be regular Lowe's, Home Depot, or Costco customers. This one caught me by surprise.

Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get supplies has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends.

Here's how the scam works:

Two seriously good-looking 20-something girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping into the trunk. They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts. It is impossible not to look. When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say 'No' and instead ask you for a ride to McDonalds.

You agree and they get into the back seat. On the way, they start undressing. Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and starts crawling all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen September 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th, 24th, & 29th. Also October 1st & 4th, twice on the 8th, 16th, 20th, 21st, 23rd, 24th, and 30th three times last Monday and very likely again this upcoming weekend.

So tell your friends to be careful. What a horrible way to take advantage of older men. Warn your friends to be vigilant.

Oh, WalMart has wallets on sale for $2.99 each. I found cheaper ones for $1.99 at Target and bought them out. Also, you never will get to eat at McDonalds. I've already lost 11 pounds just running back and forth to Lowe's, Home Depot, and Costco.

fshngho since reading this today I've been to my Lowe's, Home Depot, and Costco 3 times this morning. I've even stopped once on the way back to Lowe's and put some dirt on my truck windshield. But I still haven't seen them yet. Oh well I have to go to a relatives house to eat and celebrate Thanksgiving. I'll try again tomorrow.:D

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE

how coincidental....i'm pretty sure i'll have this experience in the next few days.....except it will quit at about the window cleaning part, and it will be skinny Mexican kids rather than voluptuous women falling out of their clothing. :(:(

translation: PAH. SCREW THE FAMILY. I'M GOING FISHING. heading to Mexico tonight for 5 days of camping either on beach or a friend's unused sailboat, and playing standup comedian for the fish and givin em a good laugh. there's a reason the wife calls me payaso del mar. [fish: "Will ya getta load of that lure? when was the last time you saw something like that?" "yeah, que '70s. bet the guy drives a Gremlin too..."] and hopefully getting the last laugh on a few.....:D My (wonderful, exquisite, perfect) wife is up to her nalgas in grading and actually encouraged me to go now when i can only use 2 vacation daze, and they're getting yellowtail of 20-40 lbs pretty consistently within a mile or 2 of shore. and if i don't catch any, a friend who lives there wants to send me home with some to clear out space in his freezer so HIS wife will let him keep some fish. he has a rough life

hope all you guys have a great T-day and a good time with your family! see you next week. gonna leave you with this from one of my colleagues, former homicide detective retired after 30 yrs with EPPD:

My sincerest wishes for a happy and thankful Thanksgiving day to all of you. May you spend it with family, your significant other, or the person that makes you HAPPY.

Remember if you have some left over food, prepare a plate, pile it high, and give it to the first homeless person you encounter. Also, if you would, include a drink. I usually include a six pack of cokes, yea right, bud light is more like it, then watch the smile spread as they see the food and the BEER.

Be thankful we are all still here and able to -itch, moan and groan, above all, be thankful we have a GOOD paying job. One of my daughter's closest friends has just been laid off. There are doctor bills, house payments, child care payments and the prospect for a job in the near future is very dim. Think about how lucky we are to have this great job especially this Friday which is pay day and a day off as well.

sorry about the novel.... be safe and stay warm.

I am ashamed to say it, but I am a victim of this scam as well.
I was able to snap this pic and I have notified the authorities to be on the lookout for this criminal.
If any of you see this criminal, please contact the Ft. Myers Police Dept ASAP! (Hurry My windows are dirty!)
