Hello Everyone Need tips on removing engine

I am new to the site but have been reading the posts for quite a while !

I have purchased my first project boat and need advice please
(panic mode)

As I began to replace the floor and 1 stringer I noticed that the engine mounts were shot so !!!
At this point I am looking at a full restoration and I am thinking of a center console !!! wohoo
I would like to know if anybody can giude me as to where I cand find engine removal tips it's a 4.3 omc with cobra outdrive
