Not sure I ever properly introduced myself. My name is Rob and I live in the greater Indianapolis, IN area. I don't have any real experience with boating so please excuse my ignorance.
Quick summary of my life story - military brat that spent most of his life in Ft.Hood, TX. Now living in Indiana w/girlfriend her 2 kids and our 5mo daughter. I took up fishing last year after agreeing to take my girlfriend's son out (I bought a pole so I'd at least have something to do), which led to a realization that I no longer hated fishing. I then bought an ancient 12' semi-v aluminum jon boat and Mercury 9.8hp.
I saw a few Indiana posters here - maybe I can get some good fishing tips for you guys at some point.
