Anyways,i just bought a 1968 16feet fishing project boat and i tought this site would help me rebuild my boat. this is my first boat and i'm really excited,thanks in advance gents.

i want to add the picture of my boat that i bought because i'm not sure what type of boat i have, would anyone help me to identify what kind of boat i have? and is it a good boat ? i've got 48hp evinrude needs lower unit any suggestions? i beleieve motor is old like 1992.

Go to fiberglassics.com they have many brochures.It loosely resembles a Penn Yan but I dpn't think so.Before you take it off the trailer take the whole rig and weigh it then take the boat off and weigh again.You,ll want to keep it light if your going to use the 48.
