hello everyone I'm new in boating world i have 110 mercury 9.8hp sin# 7036277 can someone out there pls help me to find what year is this motor and also the ratio. i put 15-20litre of gas how much should i put w/ oil mix if i have 1litre of oil mix . i just bout this motor last November and haven't got the chance to start it tel now and the motor wont start i check if spark plugs fire up and if the timing is right it was fine. put gas in the cylinder still wont fire up talk to guy i bout it from and he said he have spend over $500 on the motor. he change switch box, ignition coil,spark plugs & so on. i was wondering if you can help me thank you so much in advance. khris
