Help! 1986 vp shift control

Hello, need help! Replaced the broken shifter cable. Went in easy. Then I thought I would lube up the shifter and ended up taking it apart! Thought I had it back together but now when I shift to forward it seems ok but when I go to reverse there is no throttle. Also can anyone ID this so I can find a break down? Thank you!

You need to take it apart and re center the gears that move the cables. It sounds like they are not aligned.

Thanks for the reply. I am aware of that, but was hoping for a schematic/breakdown.
