Hello!

I was fishing the other day and hit a stump or log or something not seen... it really shook the boat and motor (and me). When I stopped swearing and looked at the motor to inspect everything I saw that my grip on the tiller handle and the sudden stop and Must of been a crack I didn't see before broke the handle almost clean off! The left side connection of tiller handle where it bolts onto the motor snapped off. Right side hole is ok.. even though I don't know what happened to or when the bolt came out

what can be done to fix this and get me back on the water?

thank you in advance!

Sorry, it's a 20hp. I havnt worked with it before but do you think jb weld would hold it back together strong enough and then hold up when bolted bouncing around?

JB wont hold up, however if the part is aluminum, take it to your local radiator shop or marina that does skeg repair and have them weld it up for $30
