After a few minutes the engine is running on 2 of 3 cylinders. Top plug electrode(flat plug) is filling up with some sort of debris that looks just like melted solder. Any searches I've done are unrelated. I can clean the plug with a wire brush and it will run perfectly for a couple minutes. Then, same issue. I added a fuel filter to verify it wasn't just bad gas. I swapped out coils with a spare to try to rule out an ignition problem per a spark plug diagram I googled. Running too hot? Water pump is working per peeholes. Any direction to look next? Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Pull the plug that's fouling and see how much aluminum has melted off the piston. That cylinder is running extremely lean. Don't run it anymore until you find the cause. The piston may be salvageable, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
