My boat had one battery on it, put a second one on it, a deep cycle battery for trolling motor and two depth finders, wicth battery should get the bilge pump and live well pump, thanks Jess

Put the bilge pump on the engine start battery. The locator on the console can be powered by either battery but since power at the console (or at the back of a tiller boat) is closer to the start battery connect it there. The second locator is probably at the bow which is closer to the troller battery so connect it there. If the troller battery gets discharged to the point where the locator cuts off, chances are there is not enough power left to run the troller anyway.
