Well just got off the phone from IBM and new hard drive is on it's way to me.<br />Now what OS to load back?<br />Ideas please.

SBN,<br /><br />Windows XP is by far the most stable Windows I've ever run. I've been using it for about two years now and not a lick of trouble. Just make sure your machine is up to par for running it. You can change it back to the classic windows layout once you get it installed so that it will work and look like Windows 98. The new colors are much easier on the eyes though. Good Luck! <br /><br />James

didn't you post awhile back that you had xp, and didn't have any probs with it? if so, then why change?

ebb, if your talking to me, no, I did not have xp, I was running Win/ME.<br />I will have XP on it once I get the hard drive back in thanks to an iboats member
