Man that's an awful new motor to be having an internal fuel problem. Are you running it off the boats tank? Are you able to use a portable gas tank that would help to eliminate a boat problem?

You seem ot be on the right path with the hoses and filters, however. Good luck.

i put it on a 2 gal tank and bipased the boats fuel filter and still had the same problem... i have heard bad things about ethenol... i dunno... could it be that the carbs are running to rich... and that is why it cant idle long... when i took it out if i feathered the throtle back and forth it got on plane once but couldent do it again... it is like the fuel pump is a bit cloged mabye... and if it can get enough fuel preasure and go or mabye a needle is a bit gunked up... i dunno im lookin for an opinion before i mess with anything to much internaly.... im pretty mechanicaly inclined but this just doesnt make much sence like you said it is pretty much brand new and is out 2 times a week so it doesnt sit to let varnish form in the bowls etc.... its frustrating.. like we say boat= bring out another thousand...
