Help find what year motor

I have a johnson model #fd19c serial # j2590274 what year is it and I also need to know if the lower unit will work it #is 383850 I got it from inside the upper casing of the lower unit

Fred.... That engine is a 1965 18hp Johnson. I have no idea as to the lower unit question.
