Help finding Guide Posts for '07 EZ Loader on 07 Glastron

What kind of guide post can I use with this EZ Loader trailer, these darn diamond plated steps in the back won't let me use the U-bolt type of PVC guide posts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what would happen if you just put a hole in the step for the guide post to come thru?

can't get U-Bolts around the I-Beam with the step there. I was wondering if there were some kind of Guide Post Kits out there that can install on steps like this by drilling a hole or something like that without breaking out the welder and tearing up the step and making it an ugly mess.

EZLoader makes flat stock bolt on load guides. Have you looked through the online catalog?

How about this one, it bolts to the crossmember, not the frame rail.

This is the only retailer that I have found them at.
Seriously considering them for my rig.

Thanks, but Roscoe that is not going to work for me. I am looking for the Guide Posts, not bunks. I didnt see any flat mount posts on EZ-Loader's website maybe I will give them a call. Look at my original post. I attached a pic that shows the foot step at the back of the trailer. I was to install it on that.

Are they any others out there you all may have seen?

I've got the same steps. I just drilled two 1/2" holes next to the rail for the U bolts to pass thru. The step actually gives more stability to the post. Also I found guide posts with full height steel inner support that are much nicer than the 1/2 height posts you see from Taylor or West Marine. I got mine from Ve-Ve. US made, VERY sturdy.
