Long story short...we've all been here...
Went looking for a covered ski locker...found it abandoned, filled w/ foam, plywood and glassed over...have to replace carpet...got old carpet out...ground down old carpet and adhesive. I get the carpet laying how-too's, I just need some pointers. The old carpet is too wrecked to use as a template (and was done poorly anyway). I've been searching for any carpet laying threads, but can't find anything usefull. My biggest concern is where the kick panel is under the helm, and how it ties into the front area (bow rider) w/o seams.
Any directions to threads or advice is appreciated! (also, please don't make this a carpet -vs- other finish issue. I WANT carpet
