Help finding Year with Model #

I have a Yamaha that is labeled a 20 hp but I think its wrong. I got a water pump kit for the 20 and its not fitting. Here are the Numbers.

25 GM

6H7 S 000430

Did you try googling yamaha model numbers? That is how I found the year for my motor with the model #

Those numbers just don't come up. Might want to recheck them and make sure they are correct.
