Help...How do I replace a floor ?

I have a 1996 14 foot aluminum Sea Nymph that came with a wooden floor. After 15 years, the floor needs to be replaced. It looks to me that the floor extends under the seats, thus, in order to remove / replace the flooring, do i have to drill out the rivits to remove the seats? And how do I replace the rivits? Someone please help before I screw this up!

Not sure if you mean bench seats that are attatched to the hull or seat bases that are attatched to the floor. Bench seats stay put usually.

Pics will be better to see what you are talking about though, so post some and we can help you better.
